The choice of curtains and/or decorative curtains as a means of protecting the interior from the sun makes them a very important element of interior decoration at the same time. They can give them elegance, but improperly selected can overwhelm them - so it is worth learning the most important principles of their selection. In addition, the curtains made to measure allow you to adjust the cover to interiors of various sizes, including windows with different, often non-standard dimensions.

First of all, curtains and/or curtains cannot fit into the window space. This feature makes them a very decorative cover, but also taking up a lot of space around the windows. Therefore, they are best suited to larger rooms where they will not make a dominant impression; especially when the window is covered. However, if the curtains are to be placed in small rooms, remember to choose light colors of fabrics. This avoids the feeling of heaviness and the feeling that the interior is smaller than it actually is. At the same time, the use of natural materials fits perfectly into the latest trends in interior design, which are based on simplicity, minimalism and nature. Thanks to this, the curtains and/or curtains (depending on the choice of material type) complement the interiors arranged in accordance with modern interior architecture designs. At the same time, it cannot be forgotten that curtains are the most classic way of covering windows. Over the years, fabrics have changed, in certain colors, and the quality of the materials used has increased. The house becomes full of space and light, and its interior design combines classic and modern. Materials and colors

The choice of colors and the material from which the curtains will be sewn should match the interior design and its size. The main task of the curtains is to minimize the amount of sunlight falling into the room and to decorate its interior; curtains mainly have a decorative function. The exposed windows make the whole house full of light and space; however, on warmer days, too much sun can also contribute to unpleasantly high temperatures. Tucked curtain material will reduce the inflow of the sun, and thus the heat to the interior. In addition, it will reduce the harmful effects of UV rays which can cause fading colors in walls and furniture. The second, equally important function of curtains and curtains is related to complementing the style of interior design. A huge advantage of curtains and curtains is their universalism, which makes them look very good in rooms decorated in both a modern and classic style. In addition, they will work well in houses/apartments of a different size (square meters). However, in both of these cases, the thickness and texture of the fabric must be properly selected.

For smaller rooms, the best will be those in light colors, smooth or with a very delicate illuminating pattern, and sewn from thinner materials. Microflex curtain systems

Microflex curtains are an innovative way of arranging curtains, they have small plastic hooks sewn in permanently, which ensure that the fabric is always folded at equal intervals. This type of fastening can successfully replace the classic curtains with tabs. Due to the fact that in everyday use it is natural that the curtains can be often opened and closed, the length should be appropriately measured when buying them. Ideally, they should end about 1.5 cm above the floor.

Technical parameters of Microflex curtains:

• Wrinkling x 200% - it means that after wrinkling the finished curtain will be twice as narrow.
• Bottom of the product - original weighting tape or single bottom tape, 10 cm high.
• Invisible, covered stitch - curtain sewn on the blind stitch machine.
• Double folded sides with a width of 3 cm each.
• 8 cm high flex tape in white, ecru or black (matching the color of the fabric).
• Microflex hook height - 7.5 cm; white color.
• Microflex hook factory set to a height of 2.5 cm (can be freely adjusted).
• Thread color: white or brown (matching the color of the fabric).
• Maintenance - sewn-in tab with instructions on how to clean the fabric.
• Packing - curtains/curtains packed in foil and in cardboard box.

How to measure
Curtains are measured in meters; after pinning on Microflex rings or hooks, the whole thing will be twice as small. The rings (guides) have a diameter of 4 cm, the set contains 6 rings per 1 meter. When taking measurements, it should be assumed that the curtain should end 1.5 cm above the floor. This way, the bottom will not get dirty when you slide it in/out.

How to choose a color
Curtains can have a blackout function, then you can choose darker colors and a thicker texture of the fabric. They can also act as curtains and then they are sewn from delicate and transparent materials. The choice often depends on the function of the room, for example, in the bedroom you will need more blackout, and in the kitchen or in the living room - smaller. The colors of the curtains also depend on how the interior is arranged; this style can influence the color, texture of the fabric or the choice of fabric with a pattern. The size of the interior can also decide about the color; in the smaller ones, blinds in dark colors should not appear, because they can make them optically smaller.

How to mount
The curtains can be hung on tubular curtain rails or special Microflex hooks. In both cases, the fabric will be aesthetically pleasing. This will be of particular importance in the case of large sizes of curtains ordered and when the fabric from which they are to be sewn will be thick, and therefore also heavier.

How to clean
Curtains can be machine washed and then ironed - according to the instructions placed on the fabric. For oversized curtains/curtains that are not machine washable, please use the laundry service.
