Where can I find the invoice for the order?

Can I order material samples before placing an order?

My package is damaged, what should I do?

  • If you notice any damage to the packaging, even a slight one, ask the supplier to register the damage, write a damage report!
    Open the package and check that the goods have not been damaged. Photograph the transport damage and report it as soon as possible by e-mail to the following address: store@knall.co.uk

How to properly select original FAKRO or VELUX blinds

  • In order to properly select FAKRO or VELUX roller shutters, you should know the window size, which is given on the rating plate on the window sash.
  • When you open the VELUX/FAKRO window, you will find a rating plate in the top right or left corner of the sash. The data plates differ in position and appearance depending on the capacity of the window model.
