There is an error in the invoice, how can I correct it?

  • only small mistakes can be corrected on the VAT invoice, so-called typos in the company name or address. If there is an error on your invoice - write to store@knall.co.uk
  • If there is a different type of error in the invoice, eg missing or incorrect NIP - we will not be able to correct it.

Will I receive a invoice when buying from knall?

  • Yes, the invoice in an electronic form is attached to the .PDF file in a separate e-mail message
  • To receive a invoice for the company, you must fill out the form with the tax identification number when placing the order

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using:

  • Traditional bank transfer (the account number is on our tab contact)
  • Payment system( PAYU.PL) ONLINE or CARD
  • Payment system (PAYPAL) ONLINE or CARD

My promo code is not working, what should I do?

  • If you have a problem with the rebate code, send us an e-mail to store@knall.co.uk
  • The message should contain a discount code that does not work and no. Of your order

What should I do if my parcel or product arrives damaged?

If your parcel arrives damaged or the product shows visible mechanical damage (e.g. cracks, scratches, dents), please check the parcel in the courier’s presence and fill out a damage report.
This document is required to submit a claim to the courier company.

If the damage is discovered after delivery, you still have 7 days from the delivery date to report it, preferably directly to the courier company. Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Without a damage report, the courier company may reject the claim, so it’s always best to check the parcel before signing for it.
