The holidays are fast approaching and, as every year, they are accompanied by great rushing. Cooking, baking, searching for and packing gifts, buying a Christmas tree - getting everything ready so that from December 24th you can start celebrating the special time of Christmas with your family.

Preparing for Christmas also means creating Christmas decorations. When decorating windows, you need to take into account not only their size, but also the style and color of other decorations placed in the house - everything should match, otherwise the effect of unnecessary overloading and chaos may arise.

When creating Christmas decorations for the window, the best classics are: sprigs of conifers, ivy, mistletoe or dried flowers, as well as late autumn fruits - wild rose, hawthorn or cranberry. Plus candles, baubles and cones. Edible garnishes, i.e. gingerbread cookies, and cinnamon sticks and anise, will also work very well here. This type of combination not only looks beautiful, but also smells beautiful (especially if we use scented candles).

In the pre-Christmas offer of stores, the choice of reeds is very large and you can easily choose something in the right color. You can also prepare decorations yourself while having a lot of fun.

White – is associated with winter and snow. This is an option for people who like classics, simplicity and minimalism. It harmoniously combines with other colors.

Gold - fits both classic and modern styles. However, an excess of this color should be avoided, this color can be combined with, for example, transparent glass.
Red - a Christmas classic. It has the ability to create a climate full of warmth, but also works very energetically.
Nature - beiges and browns, but also honey color and darker, muted green. A choice for people who value tradition and avoid modernity in Christmas decorations.
Pastels - light and creating a unique, delicate atmosphere. They fit Scandinavian, rustic and classic styles.
Green and red - a unique combination creating an almost festive tradition. Certainly something for supporters of timeless solutions.
Silver - a noble and elegant color. You have to be careful with it because it can build a cool climate; to be combined with green or dark wood.
Violet - the color of refinement and elegance. It will suit both classic and more modern interiors.
White and red - a popular combination in Christmas decorations. White complements red, illuminating it and creating a unique duo.
Blue - less often used in Christmas decorations. Combined with white and silver, it helps to create a winter scenery.
